Worship Team and Special Music

If you are gifted in the area of music and would like to participate on this team or perform an occaisional special song, please print off the appropriate application, fill it out and give it to Karine Bauch, Janell McAnn or any member of the worship team to start the application process.

TTCC Worship Team Requirements and Application Procedure

1. Read the standards and requirements below. If any of these are not or cannot be met, this may not be the right time to apply.
2. Fill out a worship team application and give it to a member of the team or to the church office.
3. You will be contacted regarding an audition date, if needed.

Standards and Requirements

• Attendance: You must have been regularly attending services at TTCC for at least 3 months prior to application. This may be waived for certain attenders who were formerly part of our church, at the pastor’s and worship team’s discretion.
• Dress Code: Modest, casual dress clothes are appropriate for Sunday music presentation. (No torn jeans, sneakers, low cut shirts, tight clothes or midriffs revealed. No tie required for men.)
• Lifestyle: Your lifestyle outside of the church should reflect godliness and Biblical standards.
• Commitment: Practices and Sunday mornings are to be a priority and as well attended as possible. Involvement in the worship team will conflict with the following ministries: Ushering, greeting, children’s ministries (Sunday school, children’s church and nursery) and drama ministry. If you are involved in one of these ministries, arrangements will have to be made to insure that conflicts are minimal.

TTCC Special Music Presenter Requirements and Application Procedure

1. Read the standards and requirements below. If any of these are not or cannot be met, this may not be the right time to apply.
2. Fill out an application and give it to a member of the worship team or the church office.
3. You will be contacted regarding an audition, if one is needed.
4. If approved, you will be given a date or dates for performing special music. Your song selection should be submitted to the worship team at least one week prior to the scheduled date. He/she may ask for just lyrics or to hear the accompaniment track that you may be using if you have never performed a special at TTCC before.
5. If you need piano and/or guitar accompaniment, you will need to attend a worship team rehearsal before your scheduled date.

• Dress Code: Modest, neat, casual clothes are appropriate for Sunday music presentation. (No torn jeans, sneakers, low cut shirts, tight clothes or midriffs revealed. No tie required for men.)
• Lifestyle: Your lifestyle outside of the church should reflect godliness and Biblical standards.
• Commitment: If you cannot make your scheduled date, please call the worship leader or church office as soon as possible.
• Quality: You are expected to rehearse your song well and perform it in a professional way.

TTCC Special Music Application
